I put the entire LinkedIn playbook into ONE video
I've spent the last few weeks building what I wish existed when I started.
The platform. The algorithm. The profile. The content system. The comment strategy. All of it, from day one, in one video.
And I wanted to send it to you first because a lot of what's in there comes directly from conversations I've had with founders and clients over the last year (some of you reading this right now).
A few things I go deep on:
The algorithm completely changed. LinkedIn scrapped their old system and replaced it with a single AI model called “360Brew”. 150 billion parameters. It reads meaning now, not keywords. And it is HUGE for small accounts. Because it leveled the playing field. Data from 50,000 posts showed that a great post from someone with 5-10K followers outperforms a median post from someone with 25-50K followers. Execution matters more than audience size for the first time in years.
Your profile is a landing page, and the algorithm reads it before distributing a single piece of your content. “360Brew” uses your headline and about section as context signals to decide who sees your posts. So your profile is doing two jobs at once: converting visitors AND telling the algorithm what topics you're qualified to talk about. I walk through every section (banner, headline, about, featured, custom CTA button) and how LinkedIn SEO ties into all of it. Most people skip this.

One SEO consultant changed his headline and about section following my advice, same posting style, same frequency... reach up 226%, engagement up 327%.
And he just messaged me with more good news:

Steal before you create. There's a section on studying 10-15 accounts in your niche for 72 hours before posting anything. Not to copy. To understand the unwritten rules. Find the hooks, formats, and topics that are working, then rebuild them around your own experience.
I got my first hate video because of it lol:

If you’re a nosy one, feel free to snoop around here.
The Content Funnel. Four content buckets, four jobs. Growth gets you seen. Authority builds trust. Conversion creates pipeline. Personal makes you memorable. I break down each one with real client examples (brandjacking, newsjacking, namejacking, hot takes) and actual numbers.
The Comment Flywheel. In your first 90 days, your comments matter more than your posts. I explain how to build an engagement list, where to comment, and why a strong comment on a post with 50,000 impressions does more for your growth than a post to zero followers.

I'd genuinely appreciate it if you watched, liked, and left a comment. And please, I’m open to feedback, so feel free to reply to this email and tell me how I can make content even better and more actionable for you guys.
Now... I’m spilling some tea here. And if you're on my LinkedIn, you won't have seen this. Because I haven't shared it there yet.
I've been building something behind the scenes for a while now, and my newsletter subscribers are the first to see it.
I'm launching The LinkedIn Engine - a community where I'm taking the exact system we run at Distinctiva and turning it into something you can build yourself.

It even has its own logo and everything (I know, I'm way too excited about this).
Inside, there's a 4-week bootcamp (The LinkedIn Flywheel), live Q&A calls with me, new courses dropping every month, and a space to actually get direct feedback on your content.

I'll be honest, it might flop. I have no idea. But I've been thinking about this for a long time because there's a gap that's been bugging me. Our done-for-you services are our only offer (apart from an hour consulting call with me), but they're not for everyone.
And there are so many people who want real guidance, real feedback, and a real space to grow... they just don't need an agency. They need a room full of people figuring it out together, with someone who's done it before in their corner.
That's what this is. A place to get better at LinkedIn without doing it alone. Because building in public gets lonely when your comment section is full of strangers and your DMs are full of pitches.
I haven't posted about this on LinkedIn yet. I haven't talked about it anywhere. You're seeing this first because you've been here, reading these emails, and I wanted you to have first access before anyone else.
Doors open by end of month. If you want to be one of the first in, join the waitlist now:
Here's a first look at the brand (you're literally the first people to see this):

More coming soon.
